随着全球环境的日益恶化,纺织品印染工业在印染过程中大量使用水资源、能源以及化学染料和助剂,产生了严重的水污染和能源浪费问题.随着消费者对可持续发展产品需求的日益增长,传统的纺织品印染工艺急需改革,需要积极探索和实践基于绿色设计理念的纺织品印染工艺,从而在产品的设计和生产过程中最大限度地减少对环境的负面影响,强调资源的高效利用和环境保护.因此,根据绿色设计理念,分析绿色设计的原则、纺织品印染行业的环境影响,探讨工艺创新的方向和实践应用,有望为印染工业的绿色可持续发展提供理论参考.
Innovation and application of textile printing and dyeing technology based on green design concept
With the increasing deterioration of the global environment,the textile printing and dyeing industry uses a large amount of water resources,energy as well as chemical dyes and auxiliaries in the printing and dyeing process,which leads to serious water pollution and energy waste problems.With the increasing demand of consumers for sustainable products,the traditional textile printing and dyeing process is in urgent need of reform,and it is necessary to actively explore and practice the textile printing and dyeing process based on the concept of green design,so as to minimize the negative impact on the environment in the design and production process of products,and emphasize the efficient use of resources and environmental protection.Therefore,according to the concept of green design,the principle of green design,the environmental impact of textile printing and dyeing industry,and the direction of process innovation and practical application are discussed,which is expected to provide theoretical reference for the green sustainable development of printing and dyeing industry.
