Effect of sodium perborate pretreatment on ramie degumming by composite enzyme
In the process of ramie compound enzyme degumming, sodium perborate pretreatment was used to improve the degumming efficiency. The process conditions for pretreatment and composite enzyme treatment were optimized with residual gum rate, whiteness, bundle fiber strength and softness as the main test indexes. The results showed that sodium perborate pretreatment enhanced the removal ability of compos-ite enzyme on ramie gum.The optimized pretreatment conditions were 98℃,sodium perborate 10 g/L,NaOH 2 g/L,EDTA-2Na 1 g/L,Mix 2A 3 g/L,penetrating agent JFC-6 1 g/L,3 h.The composite enzyme treatment was performed by using pectinolytic enzyme NS-12 and xylanase A10 with the ratio of 1∶1,the composite en-zyme dosage of 5%,penetrating agent JFC-6 1 g/L,pH 11,temperature 60℃,and treatment time of 12 h.The residual gum content of the refined hemp was 4.9%,the whiteness was 70.6,the fiber bundle breaking strength was 2.35 cN/dtex,and the softness was 14.2 twists.
