烷基醇偶氮苯光热棉织物制备及应用

为改善个人热管理织物温度提升性能,通过烷基醇与偶氮苯的耦合作用,研制具有光热性能的烷基醇偶氮苯棉织物.不同配比的烷基醇偶氮苯的相变点不同,从而影响了光热性能.配比为3∶7烷基醇偶氮苯具有较高的相变点,可以达到68.4℃,在12 min内可以达到异构化亚稳态,并且在15 min内回复到稳态,具有较快的光响应速率.烷基醇偶氮苯棉织物在600 W/m2光照强度下表面平均温度可达43.9℃,相比棉织物,光热性能提高了38.5%,具有良好的光热性能.
Preparation and application of alkyl alcohol azobenzene photothermal cotton fabric
In order to improve the temperature-raising performance of personal thermal management fab-rics,an alkyl alcohol azobenzene cotton fabric with photothermal properties was developed through the cou-pling of alkyl alcohol azobenzene and azobenzene.The phase transition points of alkyl alcohol azobenzene with different proportions affected the photothermal properties.The alkyl alcohol azobenzene fabric with 3∶7 ratio exhibited higher phase transition temperature,reaching 68.4℃.It achieved isomerization metastable state within 12 min and returned to stable state within 15 min,demonstrating fast photothermal response rate.Un-der the intensity of 600 W/m2,the average surface temperature of alkyl alcohol azobenzene cotton fabric reached 43.9℃,showing 38.5%improvement in photothermal performance compared to regular cotton fabric.The alkyl alcohol azobenzene fabric exhibited excellent photothermal properties.
