采用易于原纤化的G100型莱赛尔(Lyocell)织物作为研究对象,借助柠檬酸与聚氨酯的协同应用提升Lyocell织物的抗皱性和服用性能.研究确定柠檬酸-聚氨酯免烫整理的加工工艺:柠檬酸用量120 g/L,聚氨酯用量20 g/L,柠檬酸-聚氨酯免烫整理加工后面料的甲醛含量为ND(未检出),5次水洗后面料的平整度为3.2级.此外,研究过程中采用红外、热重及X-射线衍射等技术手段表征整理前后纤维性能的变化.
Formaldehyde-free non-irons finishing process of Lyocell fabric with citric acid-polyurethane
G100 Lyocell fabric,which was easy to fibrinate,was chosen as the research object.The crease resistance and wear performance of Lyocell fabric were improved by the collaborative application of cit-ric acid and polyurethane.The research determined the processing technology of citric acid-polyurethane non-irons finish:the amount of citric acid was 120 g/L,the amount of polyurethane was 20 g/L,the formaldehyde content of the citric acid-polyurethane non-irons finish fabric was ND(not detected),and the flatness of the fabric after 5 times of washing was 3.2 level.In addition,infrared spectra,thermogravimetric and X-ray diffrac-tion techniques were used to characterize the changes of fiber properties before and after finishing.
