摘要
栀子花提取液富含多种天然色素,具备一定的保健功能,成为纺织品染色领域中极具潜力的天然染料资源.在丝绸织物的染色中,栀子花提取液的应用能赋予丝绸织物以自然和雅致的色泽,其天然成分能赋予丝绸织物额外的功能性.但天然染料在染色工艺中的稳定性、色牢度以及对织物性能的影响等方面仍然存在着技术挑战.就栀子花提取液在丝绸织物染色中的应用进行全面系统的探讨,探索适合栀子花提取液的丝绸织物染色优化工艺,以期提升天然染料染色的稳定性和应用价值,推动天然染料在纺织品染色领域的广泛应用.
Abstract
Gardenia extract is rich in a variety of natural pigments,has certain health functions,and has become a potential natural dye resource in the field of textile dyeing.In the dyeing of silk fabrics,the applica-tion of gardenia extract can give the silk a natural and elegant color,and its natural components can give the silk fabric additional functionality.However,there are still technical challenges in the stability,color fastness and influence of natural dyes on fabric properties.The application of gardenia extract in silk fabric dyeing was discussed comprehensively and systematically,and the optimization process of silk dyeing suitable for garde-nia extract was explored in order to improve the stability and application value of natural dye dyeing and pro-mote the wide application of natural dye in textile dyeing field.
