Application of artificial intelligence in textile inspection
The application of artificial intelligence in the detection of textiles was introduced,which mainly included fiber composition analysis,evaluation of the smoothness of textiles,detection of dimensional change rate of fabrics,detection of fabric density,detection of odors,defects,total bacterial count in textiles,and de-tection of the anti-pilling and anti-shedding performance of fabrics.It also pointed out the current issues in ar-tificial intelligence detection technology,such as the accuracy of feature recognition and result prediction,the imperfection of databases and standard systems,the complexity of artificial intelligence algorithms,high hard-ware requirements,the consistency between subjective and objective evaluations,and the scalability and flexi-bility of the system.In the field of textile detection,the application of artificial intelligence technology would be an inevitable development trend.It not only changed the traditional detection methods but also greatly im-proved the efficiency and accuracy of detection.
