异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚的制备及性能

以异构十醇与环氧乙烷为原料,通过改变环氧乙烷比例制备不同EO比例的异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚IC10EO3、IC10EO6、IC10EO9,采用红外光谱(FT-IR)和质谱对其结构进行表征.对比研究了EO比例对异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚表/界面活性、接触角、润湿渗透性能、泡沫性能和清洗性能的影响.结果表明:制备的3种异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚具有较高的表面活性,静态表面张力分别为27.69、27.72、27.17 mN/m.对于帆布片和金属板材,IC10EO3、IC10EO6表现出良好的润湿性能,且具有良好的消泡性能和清洗能力.
Preparation and properties of isomeric decahydrol polyoxyethylene ether
Isomeric decanols and ethylene oxide were used as raw materials,and isomeric decahydrol polyoxyethylene ethers with different EO ratios,IC10EO3,IC10EO6 and IC10EO9 were prepared by changing the ra-tio of ethylene oxide.The structures of these polyoxyethylene ethers were characterized by infrared spectros-copy(FT-IR)and mass spectrometry.The effects of EO ratio on the surface/interfacial activity,contact angle,wetting and penetration properties,foam properties and cleaning properties of the isomeric decahydric alcohol polyoxyethylene ethers were also comparatively investigated.The results showed that the three prepared iso-meric decahydric alcohol polyoxyethylene ethers had high surface activity,and the static surface tension was 27.69,27.72 and 27.17 mN/m,respectively.IC10EO3 and IC10EO6 exhibited good wetting properties for canvas sheets and metal plates,and had good defoaming properties and cleaning ability.
