摘要
近年来,天然染料由于具有环境友好、抗紫外线、抗菌等独特的性能引起了广泛关注.使用石榴皮多酚提取物对真丝织物进行染色,分别对染液pH、染色温度、染色时间以及染料用量进行了深入、系统的研究,得到了石榴皮多酚提取物染色的优化工艺:染液pH 4,染色温度60℃,染色时间60 min,石榴皮多酚提取物用量4%(omf).
Abstract
In recent years,natural dyes have attracted wide attention because of their unique properties such as environmental friendliness,UV resistance and antibacterial.Pomegranate peel polyphenol extract was used to dye silk fabrics.The dyeing solution pH,dyeing temperature,dyeing time and the amount of dye were studied deeply and systematically,and the optimal dyeing process of pomegranate peel polyphenol extract was obtained:dyeing solution pH 4,dyeing temperature 60℃,dyeing time 60 min,the amount of pomegran-ate peel polyphenol extract 4%(omf).
