神经网络技术在印染配色中的应用

随着纺织印染工业对配色精度和效率的要求不断提高,传统的配色技术主要依赖于设计师的主观判断,已经不能满足大批量和高变异性的生产要求.随着人工智能技术的发展,神经网络在印染配色中的应用可以模拟人类视觉系统的处理机制,通过训练识别不同颜色和图案,自动进行色彩匹配和调整.探讨基于神经网络技术的印染配色模型,建立和集成基于神经网络技术的印染配色系统,并通过仿真实验验证模型的有效性,以期为纺织印染行业提供可行的印染配色技术方案参考.
Application of neural network technology in printing and dyeing color matching
With the textile printing and dyeing industry's increasing demand for colour matching accuracy and efficiency,the traditional colour matching technology,which mainly relies on the designer's subjective judgement,can no longer meet the production requirements of high volume and high variability.With the de-velopment of artificial intelligence technology,the application of neural networks in printing and dyeing color matching can simulate the processing mechanism of the human visual system,identify different colours and patterns through training,and automatically perform color matching and adjustment.To explore the printing and dyeing color matching model based on neural network technology,establish and integrate the printing and dyeing color matching system based on neural network technology,and verify the effectiveness of the model through simulation experiments,in order to provide a feasible printing and dyeing color matching technology scheme for the textile printing and dyeing industry.
