基于马尔科夫随机场构建纹理生成方法,提出一种变则缎纹的数字化生成方法.该方法在MATLAB语言环境下,利用斜帐篷映射生成所需随机数列;再应用马尔科夫场纹理生成方法与标记筛选法生成基本的纹理样式,采用迭代拟合对纹理边缘处按照规则进行延拓,生成一种变则缎纹(雅纹缎).该方法生成的雅纹缎正面以经组织点为主,纬组织点以散点形式随机均匀分布,任意经线或纬线上所有纬组织点均不相接,相邻纬组织点之间间隔符合预设的参数,上下左右连接处均满足四方连续纹理要求.该雅纹缎组织采用桑蚕丝在电子提花剑杆织机上平经绉纬织造,织造过程顺利,面料风格别致,开创了纹理设计数字化生成方法.
AI texture design for digital weaving
A digital generation method for variegated satin weaves was proposed based on Markov ran-dom fields for texture generation.This method used a Skew Tent Chaotic Map to generate the required ran-dom sequence in the MATLAB language environment and applied the Markov field texture generation method and tag filtering to generate basic texture patterns.Iterative fitting was used to expand the texture edges ac-cording to the rules,generating a variegated satin weave(YawenSatin).The YawenSatin generated by this method was mainly composed of longitudinal organized points and randomly distributed transverse organized points.All transverse organized points along any longitudinal or transverse line are not connected,and the in-tervals between adjacent transverse organized pointed conform to the preset parameters.The connections from top to bottom and from left to right were all in line with the continuous texture requirements.The Yaw-enSatin was woven on a mulberry silk flat warp machine using an electronic jacquard sword beam loom,and the weaving process was smooth with a unique fabric style,marking a milestone in digital texture design.
