Optimization scheduling algorithm of auxiliary transmission and distribution for dyeing machine
As for the auxiliary transport and distribution of dyeing machine,the time-series transport method is often used,and the lack of optimal scheduling algorithm results in the problems of long transmis-sion time and low transmission efficiency.The optimization scheduling algorithm of dyeing machine additives transportation and distribution were focused on,which took the shortest isochron of the overall dyeing ma-chine in the workshop as the optimization goal,established the optimal scheduling algorithm model,and ob-tained the optimal sequence of dyeing machine auxiliary transportation.Taking the production of dyeing work-shop of a textile printing and dyeing enterprise in Guangdong Province as an example,through the use of opti-mal scheduling algorithm,the transportation efficiency of additives is increased by 16.77%.It provided a good idea for the digital and intelligent transformation of the printing and dyeing process.
