超细锦纶无氟防水整理工艺

探讨了无氟防水整理工艺对超细锦纶织物拒水效果的影响,分析了防水整理剂组合、定形温度和时间、精练和染色工序对防水效果、静态接触角、手抓印和织物颜色的影响.结果表明,当无氟防水剂R3、无氟防水剂PM-3705质量比为40∶20,用量60 g/L,170℃定形75s以上时,整理织物的喷淋初始防水性能评分达100分,5次洗涤阴干后达80分,静态接触角超过120°,且无氟防水剂处理后染色织物颜色变深,但整体色差ΔE小于1.
Fluoride-free waterproof finishing process of 20D nylon fabric
The influence of fluoride-free waterproofing process on water repellent effect of 20D nylon fabric was explored and the effects of water repellent finishing agent compounds,heat-setting temperature and time,pretreatment and dyeing processes on waterproofing effect,static contact angle,hand print,and col-or changing were analyzed.The results showed that when the mass ratio of fluorine-free waterproofing agent R3 and fluorine-free waterproofing agent PM-3705 was 40∶20,the dosage reached 60 g/L,and the setting time at 170℃was more than 75 s,the initial waterproofing performance score of the finished fabric reached 100 points,the score reached 80 points after 5 times washing and drying,and the static contact angle exceed-ed 120°.Moreover,after treatment with fluoride-free waterproofing agent,the color of dyed fabric becomes darker,but the overall color difference ΔE was less than 1.
