The changes of GB/T 21898-2023"Method of specification for textile colors"were explained and analyzed in detail.The main contents of the revision included the change of standard value,the change of labeling method,the optimization of instrument measurement and evaluation method,the increase of visual measurement and evaluation method,and the adjustment of appendix data,etc.In response to these chang-es,a comparative analysis was conducted with the 2008 version,and the optimization process of visual unifor-mity and the introduction of 9 color gamut content were introduced.This standard has improved the stability of the color label of the color system and enhanced the applicability of the standard.
