摘要

印染行业作为工业废水排放的主要来源之一,废水中含有的多种有机污染物、重金属以及其他有害物质严重威胁着生态环境和人类健康.随着全球环保标准的提升和可持续发展目标的推广,印染企业需要寻找更高效的废水处理技术,以减少对环境的影响.通过定量分析探讨废水处理系统的自动化程度、废水的循环利用率以及废水处理工艺的能源回收技术对能源效率和环境绩效的影响,提出可持续发展策略,以期为印染行业的持续健康发展提供参考.

Abstract

As one of the major sources of industrial wastewater discharge,the printing and dyeing indus-try is a serious threat to the ecological environment and human health due to the many organic pollutants,heavy metals,and other hazardous substances contained in its wastewater.With the improvement of global environmental standards and the promotion of sustainable development goals,printing and dyeing companies need to find more efficient wastewater treatment technologies to reduce the impact on the environment.Through quantitative analysis,the influence of automation degree of wastewater treatment system,recycling rate of wastewater and energy recovery technology of wastewater treatment process on energy efficiency and environmental performance was discussed,and sustainable development strategies were proposed,in or-der to provide reference for sustainable and healthy development of printing and dyeing industry.
