In view of the problems of color spot and oil spot in the one bath for oil removed and dyed of polyester knitted fabric,the composition of color points and the effects of agent on the application properties of oils and dyes were studied.The results showed that the color point of the cloth was mainly composed of dyes and textile oils,which had great influence on the high temperature dispersion of dyes;the non-ionic emulsifier TF-115C had good emulsification for 22#white oil,the negative and non-type levelling agent TF-212KL had the best effect on the high temperature dispersity of dyes in the oil containing system,the combi-nation of the two could reduce the adhesion of oil to the fiber,improved the migration property of disperse dyes,and had high levelling of dyeing.
