槲皮素对生物基锦纶56织物的染色性能

为了扩展植物染料在生物基纤维上的应用,采用槲皮素对生物基锦纶56(PA56)织物进行染色,研究了染浴pH、温度、时间、染料用量及媒染工艺对染色织物K/S值、颜色特征值及抗紫外线性能的影响.结果表明,槲皮素对PA56的优化染色工艺为:染浴pH 4,温度80℃,时间40 min;媒染处理可以有效提升染色织物的色牢度,其中,硫酸亚铁同浴媒染后织物的耐皂洗色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度和耐光色牢度均达到3~4级或以上;同时,染色织物的抗紫外线性能得到明显提升,UPFAV值均达到50+.
Dyeing properties of quercetin for bio-based polyamide 56 fabric
In order to expand the application of natural dyes in bio-based fibers,quercetin was used to stain bio-based polynylon 56(PA56)fabric.The effects of dyeing bath pH,temperature,time,dye dosage and morting process on K/S value,color characteristic value and UV resistance of dyed fabric were studied.The re-sults showed that the optimal process of quercetin dyeing PA56 was as follows:dyeing bath pH 4,tempera-ture 80℃,time 40 min.Mordant treatment could effectively improve the color fastness of dyed fabrics,among which,the color fastness to washing,perspiration and light of ferrous sulfate with bath mordant dyeing reached above level 3-4.At the same time,the UV resistance of dyed fabrics was significantly improved,and the UPFAV value reached 50+.
