摘要
为了分析不同聚酯纤维混纺后对精纺毛织物强力的影响,选取PET/羊毛织物、PBT/羊毛织物、PTT/羊毛织物和PBST/羊毛织物4种精纺毛织物,研究其拉伸性能、压缩性能、弯曲性能、抗皱性能、悬垂性能、透气性能和起毛起球性能等强力指标.采用高速延时摄像机研究4种织物的经纬纱直径随受力时间的变化.结果表明:精纺毛织物的经纬纱直径随受力时间的延长呈负相关趋势.与其他3种织物相比,PTT/羊毛织物具有良好的抗皱性能、压缩性能、弯曲性能、悬垂性能、透气性能和起毛起球性能.
Abstract
In order to analyze the influence of different polyester fibers on the strength of worsted fabrics after blending,four worsted fabrics of PET/wool fabric,PBT/wool fabric,PTT/wool fabric and PBST/wool fabric were selected.The tensile properties,compression properties,bending properties,wrinkle resistance,draping properties,air permeability and pilling properties of four polyester fiber/wool fabrics were studied.The chang-es of warp and weft diameters of four fabrics with stress time were studied by high-speed time-lapse cam-era.The results showed that the diameter of the warp and weft yarns of the worsted fabric was negatively correlated with the extension of the force time.Compared with the other three fabrics,PTT/wool fabric had good wrinkle resistance,compression performance,bending performance,drape performance,air permeability and pilling performance.
