粉状靛蓝染色时,需要使用大量保险粉和烧碱进行还原,对环境及布面色光产生不利影响.采用氢气还原靛蓝制备成预还原液体靛蓝,在染色时添加少量保险粉和烧碱即可正常染色.采用预还原液体靛蓝和粉状靛蓝,保持染液中靛蓝浓度相同,在还原电位-700~-800 mV时进行染色,分析染色布样的色度特征及色牢度.结果表明,预还原液体靛蓝染色,染色深度和色牢度均可以达到粉状靛蓝染色效果,红色色光较粉状靛蓝弱,更加符合市场流行趋势.
Comparison of dyeing properties of hydropre-reduced liquid indigo and powdered indigo
In the process of powdered indigo dyeing,it is necessary to use a lot of insurance powder and caustic soda for reduction,which has an adverse effect on the environment and the color of the cloth.The pre-reduced liquid indigo was prepared by the reduction of indigo with hydrogen.The normal dyeing could be done by adding a small amount of insurance powder and caustic soda.The pre-reduced liquid indigo and pow-dered indigo were used to keep the same indigo concentration in the dye solution,and dyeing was carried out at the reduction potential from-700 mV to-800 mV to analyze the chromaticity characteristics and color fast-ness of the dyed cloth.The results showed that the dyeing depth and color fastness of pre-reduced liquid in-digo could achieve the dyeing effect of powder indigo.The red color light was weaker than powdery indigo,which was more in line with the market trend.
