摘要

采用免除硅除固复染剂CX-4651对织物进行修色或改色,无需进行除硅除固.采用CX-4651回修织物,可以一浴修色或改色,相对于常规先除固或除硅再复染的工艺,减少了对织物的损伤,省水4~5缸,省时3~4 h,从而大幅度降低了生产综合成本,且问题少,不沾缸、无硅油斑、复染得色均匀,提高了回修效率.

Abstract

Using the exemption from silicon removal and solid removal agent CX-4651 for fabric color cor-rection or modification,there is no need for silicon and solid removal.Using CX-4651 recycled fabric could complete one bath repairing or color changing.Compared with the traditional process of removing solids or sili-con before redyeing,it reduced the damage to the fabric,saved 4-5 cylinders of water,and saved 3-4 h,thereby significantly reducing the overall production cost.Moreover,it had fewer problems,no cylinders,no sil-icon oil stains,and redyeing the color evenly,and improved the efficiency of repairing.
