LC-MS/MS法测定纺织品中烷基酚和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚含量的不确定度评定

依据GB/T 23322-2018《纺织品表面活性剂的测定烷基酚和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚》,用甲醇超声提取纺织品中的辛基酚(OP)、壬基酚(AP)、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OPn EO)和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NPn EO),使用LC-MS/MS法测定含量,分析测量过程中的不确定度来源,并对各不确定度分量进行评定.结果表明:当试样中的OP、NP、OPn EO和NPn EO含量分别为5.87、8.93、9.31、10.80 mg/kg时,扩展不确定度分别为0.77、1.20、1.22、1.50 mg/kg(k=2),液质联用仪校准和标准曲线拟合是影响测试结果的主要因素.
Uncertainty evaluation for the measurement of alkylphenols and alkylphenol ethoxylates content in textiles by LC-MS/MS
According to GB/T 23322-2018"Textiles—Determination of surfactant—Alkylphenols and Alkyl-phenol ethoxylates",octyl phenol(OP),nonylphenol(NP),octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether(OPn EO)and non-ylphenol polyoxyethylene ether(NPn EO)in textile were ultrasonic extracted by methanol and measured by LC-MS/MS method,and uncertainties of the results were evaluated.The results showed that the expanded uncer-tainties of OP,NP,OPn EO and NPn EO were 0.77,1.20,1.22 and 1.50 mg/kg(k=2)respectively when their contents were 5.87,8.93,9.31 and 10.80 mg/kg respectively.The main factors of uncertainties were calibra-tion of LC-MS instrument and fitting of standard curve.
