New treatment technology of wastewater containing printing and dyeing wastewater
With the continuous attention of the country to water environment,the drainage standard is al-so constantly improving.The water network of Taihu Lake basin is dense and the water environment sensitivi-ty is strong,which puts forward higher requirements for wastewater treatment plants discharging effluent into Taihu Lake.A certain sewage treatment plant adopts the combination process of"inverted A2/O-MBR-mag-netic coagulation"to treat sewage,and the effluent can meet the Class IV surface water discharge standard.The process characteristics and process parameters of the main structures were analyzed,and the operation effect of the wastewater treatment plant was evaluated by analyzing the monitoring data of COD,TP,TN and NH3-N every day in mid-to-late April.The operation results showed that after wastewater treatment,the av-erage removal rates of COD,TP,TN and NH3-N reach 83%,90%,81%and 98%,respectively,and the average indexes of effluent COD,TP,TN and NH3-N were as follows:25.00,0.28,5.33,0.33 mg/L,and the average operating cost of treated water in May was 0.84 yuan/m3 of wastewater.
