Determination of heavy metal content in chemical fibers
A method for the content of heavy metals in chemical fibers was established. The content of heavy metals in chemical fibers was quantitatively analyzed by inductively coupled plasma spectroscopy and in-ductively coupled mass spectrometry by microwave digestion instrument with high temperature and high pres-sure digestion pretreatment. After sampling and volume determination, directly with the instrument for detec-tion,the method was simple and practical, and could meet the requirements of qualitative and quantitative de-tection of multiple elements at the same time. The linearity was good in the appropriate linear range, and the detection limits of ICP-OES and ICP-MS were 1.00-10.00 mg/L and 2.50-20.00 mg/L.The average recover-ies of negative samples were 80.9%-104.7%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 10.10%under the three addition levels of heavy metals and nylon.
