湖南省蛇类新纪录——花坪白环蛇
A New Record of Snake Lycodon cathaya in Hunan Province

摘要
2023年7月27日,在湖南南山国家公园开展两栖爬行动物资源调查时,在针阔混交林旁的马路采集到白环蛇属(Lycodon)标本1号(标本号HNNU 230727;26°15'2″ N,110°15'29″ E;海拔532 m),并基于线粒体细胞色素b基因(Cyt b)片段重建白环蛇属系统发育关系.结果显示:该标本与花坪白环蛇(L.cathaya)模式标本聚为一支,遗传距离为0.1%.综合形态特征及Cyt b基因序列的分子系统关系,确定该标本为游蛇科(Colubridae)白环蛇属花坪白环蛇,系湖南省蛇类新纪录.
Abstract
On July 27,2023,during an amphibian and reptile resource survey in Nanshan National Park,Hunan Prov-ince,a specimen of the genus Lycodon(specimen No.:HNNU 230727,26°15′2″ N,110°15′29″ E;Alt.532 m)was col-lected on the road next to the coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest.The phylogenetic relationship of genus Lycodon was reconstructed by using mitochondrial cytochrome b(Cyt b)gene segments.The results showed that the specimen was clustered with the type specimen of L.cathaya,with a genetic distance of 0.1%.Combining morphological characteristics and molecular phylogenetic relationship of the Cyt b gene sequence,the specimen was identified to be L.cathaya,belong-ing to genus Lycodon of family Colubridae,and was a new record of snakes in Hunan Province.
