Habitat Importance Assessment and Analysis of Influencing Factors of Waterbirds in Lakeside Wetland of Dianchi Lake
The assessment of the habitat importance and its relationship with habitat factors of waterbirds can provide sci-entific basis for habitat protection planning. From May 2021 to April 2022,a survey of waterbirds was carried out in 27 lake-side wetlands of Dianchi Lake. The importance of wetland(waterbird habitat)was assessed by Fuzzy synthetic method, and the influence of environmental factors on the importance was discussed through correlation analysis. The results showed that there were 56,640 common waterbirds of 64 species belonging to 14 families and seven orders in Dianchi Lake. The most important wetlands were Dongdahe Wetland(0.68),Geziwo Wetland(0.63),Yujiagou Wetland(0.57),and Haidong Wetland(0.52),and these wetlands can be planned preferentially as waterfowl habitat protection areas. The importance of natural wetland was significantly higher than that of constructed wetland. The importance of all wetlands gradually decreased with the increase of human disturbance intensity, while it increased with the increase of lakeside wet-land area, perimeter and water area proportion.Based on wetland area, perimeter and water area ratio, the habitat con-struction strategy of waterfowl habitat was proposed to provide scientific guidance for the habitat protection planning and habitat management of waterfowl habitat in Dianchi Lake.
