福建发现丽纹攀蜥归化种群

2022年7月和2023年10月,在福建省福州市晋安区采集到2号蜥蜴标本(1雌1雄),与丽纹攀蜥(Diploderma splendidum)的形态特征较相符.线粒体ND2基因片段的系统发育分析结果显示,本次采集的标本与丽纹攀蜥聚为一支,遗传距离为0.5%~0.8%.结合形态特征比较和分子系统发育分析,确定2号标本为有鳞目(Squamata)蜥蜴亚目(Lacertilia)鬣蜥科(Agamidae)攀蜥属(Diploderma)的丽纹攀蜥.根据历史文献记载,福建不是丽纹攀蜥的自然分布地,且其周边省市也均未有过丽纹攀蜥的发现记录.因此,本次采集的丽纹攀蜥可能是贸易逃逸或放生的外来种.经调查和访问,发现丽纹攀蜥已在福州自然定居,且可能已建立繁殖种群.本次发现可为福建外来物种的预防和控制提供基础资料,对制定更加全面和具有针对性的措施有积极促进作用,亦可为研究丽纹攀蜥的生态适应性提供有益对比.
Discovery of Naturalized Population Diploderma splendidum in Fujian Province
During a field survey from July 2022 and October 2023,No.2 lizard specimens(1 female and 1 male)were col-lected from Jin'an District,Fuzhou City,Fujian Province,which is consistent with the morphological characteristics of Diplo-derma splendidum.The phylogenetic analysis based on the mitochondrial NADH dehydrogenase subunit 2(ND2)gene fragment revealed that the two specimens collected were clustered with D.splendidum,with a genetic distance of 0.5%-0.8%.Based on the morphological and molecular phylogenetic analysis results,the two specimens were identified as D.splendi-dum(Squamata,Lacertilia,Agamidae,Diploderma).According to the historical records,there have been no records of the discovery of the D.splendidum in Fujian and its surrounding provinces and cities,so Fujian is not the natural distribution area for this species.The lizards discovered this time may be a foreign species that escaped from trade or was released.By investigation and interviews,it was found that D.splendidum has naturally settled in Fuzhou,Fujian Province and may have established breeding population.This discovery can provide basic information for the prevention and control of alien species in Fujian,and have a positive promoting effect on the development of more comprehensive and targeted mea-sures.It can also provide useful comparisons for studying the ecological adaptability of D.splendidum.
