基于热动力计算的结果,通过利用Ansys建立轴系的三维模型,对整体曲轴进行了应力计算,得到了危险节点处的应力变化曲线以及在载荷变化周期内的最大应力幅值,最后校核了静强度和疲劳强度.结果表明设计工况下该轴系的强度符合设计规范要求,同时为同类型压缩机曲轴设计提供了理论依据.
Strength Analysis of the Reciprocating Compressor Crankshaft
On the basis of thermodynamic calculation results,the acting force on crankshaft is analyzed through setting up a three dimensional model by means of Ansys.The stress change curves at some weak nodes are draw and the maximum stress amplitudes under the cyclic loading are gotten.At last,the static and fatigue strength are examined.Results show that the strength complies with the design and specifications,which provides valuable theoretic basis for improving crankshaft design of reciprocating compressor.
