压缩机级间管壳式换热器设计与软件开发

管壳式换热器在各工业领域应用广泛,但其壳侧结构较为复杂,其传热与流动状态难以预测,且设计过程涉及大量的计算、图表及标准规范,导致设计周期长、费时费力.研究针对压缩机级间管壳式换热器进行了详细合理的设计与热工计算,确定了管壳式换热器热负荷、换热面积、传热系数等结构与热力参数;并基于MATLAB技术开发了压缩机级间冷却器的设计与校核软件,提高了设计人员的工作效率与换热器设计精度;最后针对一种工程案例,完成了对压缩机级间冷却器的设计计算.
Design and Software Development of Interstate Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers for Compressors
Shell and tube heat exchangers are widely used in various industrial fields,but their shell side structure is relatively complex,making it difficult to predict their heat transfer and flow states.The design process involves a large number of calculations,charts,and standard specifications,resulting in long design cycles,time-consuming and laborious.In this,the detailed and reasonable design and thermal calculation of the compressor interstate shell and tube heat exchanger were carried out,and the heat load,heat exchange area,heat transfer coefficient and other structural and thermodynamic parameters of the shell and tube heat exchanger were determined.And based on MATLAB technology,a design and verification software for compressor interstate coolers was developed,which improved the work efficiency of designers and the accuracy of heat exchanger design.Finally,for an engineering case,the design calculation of the compressor interstate cooler was completed.
