Study on Influence of Balance Iron Structure on Resistance Torque of Scroll Compressor
Aiming at the problem of resistance loss caused by the balance iron of scroll compressor rotating with the spindle,the balance iron of fillet structure and wing structure was proposed.Using Fluent finite element analysis software,combined with sliding mesh technology to simulate the working area of balanced iron,the differential pressure resistance torque and friction resistance torque of three different structures of balanced iron were studied,and the resistance torque generated by different structures was compared and analyzed.The results show that the differential resistance torque accounts for more than 90%of the total resistance torque,and the total resistance torque increases with the increase of rotational speed.Compared with the prototype balance iron,the total resistance torque of the balance iron with rounded ends is reduced by 30%~50%.The total resistance torque of the wing-type balance iron is reduced by 55%~65%.
