Simulation and Experimental Research on Standard Parameters of Working Performance of Twin Screw Compressor
Twin-screw compressor is a rotating mechanical device that converts low pressure gas into high pressure gas.At present, there are problems that the research on the performance parameters of the internal flow field of twin-screw compressor is not comprehensive enough, there is a lack of relevant experimental analysis, and the impact of the four working performance parameters on the performance of twin-screw compressor has not been systematically and qualitatively described.Taking the twin-screw compressor with 5-6 tooth as the research object, using Pro.E and Pumplinx software as the research means, the 3D fluid domain model of twin-screw compressor is established. The dynamic grid technology is used to analyze the variation law of four performance parameters of power, flow, specific power and pressure under the transient flow field characteristics. At the same time, the experimental verification is carried out.The results show that the difference rate of power simulation data is 0.13%,the difference rate of exhaust volume is 0.933%,the difference rate of specific power is 4.92%,and the difference rate of pressure is 0.388%.It can be seen that the difference rate between the simulation value and the test value is less than 5%,and the coincidence is good. The research results improve the performance parameters evaluation standard of twin-screw compressor, and provide a new method for the performance optimization of the follow-up twin-screw compressor.
