干气密封泄漏气回收二次利用研究

为积极应对全球气候变化,中国于 2020 年提出"双碳"目标,碳达峰的实现过程中碳减排至关重要,实现大型设备低排放、零排放和负排放技术在生产场景的应用.目前使用的干气密封常用于动设备的轴端密封,用以防止设备内腔气体产生外泄漏,但因其运转过程中形成的气膜会产生密封泄漏,对该密封泄漏气进行回收利用,同时考虑可能出现的设备损坏的潜在风险,优化成果的安全控制措施,具有着广泛的应用前景.
Study on Recovery and Reuse of Leaky Gas in Dry Gas Seal
In order to actively respond to global climate change,China put forward the"dual carbon"target in 2020.The realization of carbon peak,carbon emission reduction is crucial to achieve low emission equipment,zero emission and negative emission technology in the production scene.At present,the dry gas seal is widely used to seal the shaft end of the moving equipment to prevent external leakage of the gas in the equipment's inner cavity,but the gas film formed during its operation will produce sealing leakage.The leakage gas of the seal is recycled and reused.At the same time,the potential risk caused by equipment damage is considered,and the safety control measures of the results are optimized,which has a wide application prospect.
