离心压缩机气体箔片轴承-转子系统设计与试验

氢燃料电池汽车离心空压机采用气体箔片轴承-转子系统,具有超高转速、清洁无油的运行等显著优势.然而,当前气体箔片轴承-转子系统的全面研发设计理论严重匮乏亟待解决.为此,提出了一种气体箔片轴承-转子系统的研发设计方案.基于经验公式和性能试验台,开展了氢燃料电池汽车离心空压机中气体箔片轴承-转子系统的设计与试验研究.结果表明:该设计方案可以有效保证空压机在全转速范围内的性能要求,其最大转速可达90000 r/min,最大压比和质量流量分别为3.53和0.156 kg/s.
Design and Test of the Gas Foil Bearings-Rotor System for Centrifugal Compressor
Gas foil bearings-rotor system is used for the centrifugal air compressor in hydrogen fuel cell vehicles to achieve ultra-high speed,clean and oil-free operation.However,there is a serious lack of comprehensive research and design theory of gas foil bearing-rotor systems at present.Therefore,a design scheme of gas foil bearing-rotor system was proposed.Based on the empirical formula and performance test bench,the design and experimental research of the gas foil bearing-rotor system were carried out.The results show that the proposed comprehensive design scheme can effectively guarantee the performance requirements of the centrifugal air compressor in the full speed range,with a maximum speed of up to 90000 r/min,a maximum pressure ratio of 3.53,and a mass flowrate of 0.156 kg/s.
