氮气压缩机管路系统气流脉动分析研究

以氮气压缩机为研究对象,对一级进气管线进行了气流脉动分析,计算出了弯头、异径、三通等脉动节点的压力脉动频谱.发现气流脉动最大点的脉动幅值是API618第5版指导线的13.9倍,根据分析结果,查找气流脉动大的原因,提出了增大部分管线管径同时修改安全阀引出点位置的方法,调整后气流脉动最大点的脉动幅值降低至指导线的2.1倍,引起振动的脉动不平衡力在指导线内,说明调整的方案是有效的.
Analysis and Research on Airflow Pulsation in Nitrogen Compressor Pipeline System
This paper took the nitrogen compressor as the research object,analyzed the airflow pulsation of the first stage inlet pipeline,and calculated the pressure pulsation spectrum of pulsation nodes such as elbows,reducers,and tees.It was found that the pulsation amplitude of the maximum point of airflow pulsation was 13.9 times that of the guide line in API618 the 5th edition.Based on the analysis results,the cause of the large airflow pulsation was identified,and a method was proposed to increase the diameter of some pipelines while modifying the position of the safety valve outlet.After adjustment,the pulsation amplitude of the maximum point of airflow pulsation decreased to 2.1 times that of the guide line,and the pulsation imbalance force causing vibration was within the guide line,indicating that the adjustment plan was effective.
