Research on Materials of Friction Pair of Oil-free Scroll Air Compressor
This paper mainly introduced the impact of different surface treatment methods on friction and wear of the end face friction pairs of oil-free vortex air compressors.A better form of friction pair is selected to provide an excellent solution for the two sets of friction pairs composed of three parts of dynamic vortex disk,static vortex disk,and support frame,while also solving the friction and wear problem of the two pairs of friction pairs.
