中型规模压缩空气储能系统用离心式压缩机与往复式压缩机选型比较

以60 MW储能规模的系统为例,采用市面上较为成熟的往复式压缩机与离心式压缩机,分别形成2套纯往复式压缩机与纯离心式压缩机的方案,针对可靠性、投资成本、维护成本以及运行成本四项评价指标,采用层次分析法进行综合性能的分析,发现对于60 MW规模的压缩空气储能系统,离心式压缩机的综合性能更好,因此在进行中型规模的压缩空气储能系统建设时,推荐采用全离心式压缩机组的方案.
Comparison of Type Selection between Centrifugal Compressors and Reciprocating Compressors for Medium Scale Compressed Air Energy Storage Systems
In the paper,taking the 60MW energy storage system as an example,using mature reciprocating compressors and centrifugal compressors on the market,two sets of pure reciprocating compressors and pure centrifugal compressors were formed respectively.Based on the four evaluation indicators of reliability,investment cost,maintenance cost,and operating cost,the Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to analyze the comprehensive performance.It was found that centrifugal compressor had better comprehensive performance for the 60MW compressed air energy storage system.Therefore,when constructing a medium scale compressed air energy storage system,it is recommended to use the scheme of fully centrifugal compressor unit.
