催化裂化高速离心增压机振动异常及处理分析

某催化裂化装置增压机在某次开机过程中,发生规律异响且振动超标的故障,利用状态监测手段结合频谱分析排查故障.发现机组振动过大且规律性异响原因为高速轴平衡鼓松动,使得振动规律性放大.将高速轴平衡鼓紧固后,并进行了高速动平衡,解决了增压机异响及振动大的问题.
Abnormal Vibration and Treating Analysis of High Speed Centrifugal Booster in Catalytic Cracking
When a booster set of the catalytic cracking unit in a company started up,the fault of abnormal sound and excessive vibration occurred.The condition monitoring method combined with spectrum analysis was used to troubleshoot the fault.It is found that the cause of excessive vibration and regular abnormal sound of the unit is the loose balance drum of the high-speed shaft,which makes the vibration regularity amplified.After the high-speed shaft balance drum was tightened and high-speed dynamic balance was carried out,the problems of abnormal sound and large vibration of the booster set were solved.
