A Method for Solving Geometric Parameters of Screw Compressor Rotor Profile Utilizing Excel
This paper relates an idea on how to solve the geometric parameters of a twin-screw compressor rotor profile.The parameter equations of female and male rotor profile can be given respectively based on envelope meshing condition.Due to the complexity of the solving process,all related geometric parameters needed could be figured out without any mathematical computing program by using the Excel.Finally,the geometric parameters that meet the design requirements are obtained.
