缸头组件是隔膜压缩机的最重要部件之一.它的寿命一定程度上直接关系到隔膜压缩机的整机寿命.采用分析设计方法,通过有限元法对氢气隔膜压缩机的缸头组件进行仿真分析,获得缸盖、缸体、配油盘的应力场分布,缸盖-配油盘、配油盘-缸体的密封面张口间隙、接触应力等结果,并以应力分布为基础进行疲劳分析.结果表明:该缸头组件静强度、密封性能、抗疲劳性能均满足设计要求,分析设计方法可为进一步开发更高压力等级的隔膜压缩机的工程应用方法.
Analysis of Cylinder Components for a Hydrogen Diaphragm Compressor
Cylinder component is one of the most important parts in diaphragm compressor.The service life directly determines the reliability of diaphragm compressor to a certain extent.In this paper,the finite element method is used to analyze the cylinder components for a hydrogen diaphragm compressor,and obtaining the stress field distribution of the cylinder head,cylinder body,and oil distribution plate,as well as the sealing surface clearance and contact stress of the cylinder head,oil distribution plate and cylinder body.Based on the stress distribution,fatigue analysis is conducted.The results indicate that the static strength,sealing performance and fatigue resistance of cylinder components meet the design rules.The analysis design method can provide reference for the further development of higher pressure level diaphragm compressors.
