压缩机作为特种设备,广泛配置于航天制造企业,主要为生产制造和试验调试过程生产供应压缩空气.阐述L3.3K-15/300型压缩机基于DCS控制原理进行自动化控制改造,通过搭建二级控制架构,具备一键式启停、超温超压过载报警停机、恒压加减载运行、自动排污及全运行数据采集显示功能,实现该压缩机从手动本地运行到远程自动化运行能力提升,为相关压缩机自动化提升改造工程提供参考.
Exploration and Application of Automation Upgrading of Old Style of Compressor
Compressors as special equipment are widely deployed in modern aerospace manufacturing enterprise,mainly supplying compressed air for manufacturing and testing.This paper describes the automatic control transformation of L3.3K-15/300 compressor based on DCS control principle of automatic control transformation,through the construction of two stage control structure with one-button start-up and shutdown,over temperature and overpressure alarm shutdown,constant voltage loading and reducing operation,automatic discharge and full data display,the automation ability of air compressor can be improved,which provides a reference for the related air compressor automation transformation project.
