Design and Simulation Analysis of Dynamic Balance in Main Shaft Transmission System of Vortex Air Compressors
Aiming at the problem of imbalance in the high-speed motion of the rotor system of oil-free vortex air compressor, which may cause spindle vibration or strong vibration of the main engine, resulting in equipment damage,an optimized design of a dynamic balance structure for the vortex air compressor rotor system is proposed.Firstly,an imbalance analysis and a preliminary design of balance blocks are conducted through theoretical method. Then the virtual assembly and interference inspection of the module are completed through 3D modeling software. Finally, the feasibility of the design was verified through dynamic simulation software ADAMS and experimental methods. The research results indicate that the design in this paper can significantly reduce the inertial force and moment of inertia on the rotating spindle, which could improve the working performance of the spindle transmission system.
