70 MPa高压压缩机组脉动振动分析的特点

高压压缩机组是油气平台注气开采的核心设备,但容易发生机械振动等问题.由此导致机组疲劳破坏甚至严重的泄漏、爆炸等事故,是安全生产的重大隐患.因此,高压压缩机组的成撬分析质量,是压缩机组安全运行的重要保障.以某70 MPa高压压缩机组的成撬分析为例,说明了进行高压压缩机组成撬设计时,除了需进行脉动振动分析外,还应考虑高压循环应力对管道造成的疲劳损坏问题,以保证机组能长期安全运行.
Characteristics of Pulsation and Vibration Analysis of 70 MPa High-pressure Compressor Package
High-pressure compressor package is the core equipment for platform of gas injection operations,but it is prone to occur mechanical vibration problems.This results in compressor package fatigue damage and even serious leakage,explosion and other accidents,which are major hidden dangers in safe operation.Therefore,the pulsation analysis quality is an important guarantee for the safe operation of the high-pressure compressor package.This paper takes the pulsation analysis of a 70 MPa high-pressure compressor package as an example to illustrate that in addition to pulsation and vibration analysis,the fatigue damage of the pipe caused by cyclic stress under high pressure should also be considered,to ensure the long-term safe operation of the compressor package.
