Development and Application of Screw Air Compressor for Urban Rail Vehicles
Air compressors are key equipment in modern train air braking systems,providing a stable and reliable power source.This paper takes the SG-0.9 type of domestically produced screw air compressor of urban rail vehicles as the object,and provides a detailed introduction to its structural composition,working principle and electrical control logic.The focus is on analyzing the causes of faults and providing an emergency fault handling process plan based on the emulsification of lubricating oil during product loading and operation.This provides a reference basis for the application of screw air compressors in modern urban rail vehicle braking systems.
