05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb不锈钢活塞杆经过有效稳定化处理和微变形等温多段离子渗氮,达到表面硬度850~1100HV5、硬化层深度0.20~0.25 mm,脆性等级≤Ⅰ级,活塞杆径向圆跳动不大于0.04 mm,实现了硬度、层深、脆性等级以及弯曲变形都符合使用要求的成品离子渗氮.
Study on Plasma Nitriding Process of 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb Stainless Steel Finished Piston Rod
The 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb Stainless Steel Piston Rod's surface hardness,after effective stabilization treatments and micro-deformation isothermal multi-stage ion nitriding process,is able to reach 850~1100HV5.While its hardening layer's depth can reach to 0.20 mm~0.25 mm,brittle grade is not greater than Grade Ⅰ and its radial round runout of the piston rod is not more than 0.04 mm.As a result,this finished product's hardness,layer depth,brittleness grade and bending deformation can meet the users'requirements.
