火电机组离心式压缩供汽技术适用性分析

以某330 MW亚临界凝汽式机组为例,对热再抽汽供汽不足时,采用中排抽汽压缩补充供汽的能耗进行热力计算分析,依据计算结果提出离心式压缩供汽技术,更适用于一些供汽需求量较大、供汽压力种类较多的机组,仅依靠热再供汽无法满足用户需求的场景;并指出用新能源发电和电化学储能设备驱动压缩机对离心式压缩供汽技术应用推广的意义.
Applicability Analysis of Centrifugal Compression Steam Supply Technology for Thermal Power Units
This paper takes a certain 330MW sub-critical condensing unit as an example to conduct thermal calculation and analysis on the energy consumption of using intermediate exhaust extraction compression to supplement steam supply when the reheat extraction steam supply is insufficient.Based on the calculation results,centrifugal compression steam supply technology is proposed,which is more suitable for some units with large steam supply demand and multiple types of steam supply pressure,and cannot meet user needs solely relying on reheat extraction steam.And it point out the significance of promoting the application of centrifugal compression steam supply technology by using new energy generation and electro-chemical energy storage equipment to drive compressors.
