2021年初由于大炼油改造升级,加氢精制装置2D50-19.77/19-82压缩机所需流量已无法满足,需进行提升从目前的16000 N.m3/h提高到18000 N·m/h.根据本台压缩机设计,额定流量可达20000 N·m/h,但经过各方调整,流量始终无法达到需求值,且气阀寿命出现明显缩短,其集中于排气阀阀片损坏.这不仅影响到整机正常运行,也影响到厂内效益,本文将介绍该情况下如何寻找并排除故障原因,且如何改进压缩机气阀设计,达到较好的使用效果.
Cause Analysis and Solution Measures for Valve Failure of New Hydrogen Compressor
At the beginning of 2021,due to the renovation and upgrading of the large oil refining plant,the required flowrate of the 2D50-19.77/19-82 compressor in the hydrogenation refining unit is no longer sufficient,and needs to be increased from the current 16000 Nm3/h to 18000 Nm3/h.According to the design of this compressor,the rated flowrate can reach 20000 Nm3/h,but after various adjustments,the flowrate still cannot reach the required value,and the service life of the air valve has been significantly shortened,mainly due to the damage of the exhaust valve disc.This not only affects the normal operation of the entire machine,but also affects the efficiency of factory.This paper will introduce how to find and eliminate the cause of the fault in this situation,and how to improve the design of the compressor air valve to achieve better performance.
