Causes and Countermeasures of High Primary Exhaust Temperature of Air Compressor
In view of the phenomenon of high primary exhaust temperature of air compressor,the impact on the overall process of air separation was analyzed.The reasons for the phenomenon of the primary exhaust temperature of compressor were located from three aspects of ambient temperature,gas leakage inside compressor and heat transfer performance of equipment.Finally,it is concluded that the environmental temperature change,the wear of seals leads to internal leakage and the efficiency of heat transfer equipment is reduced in view of the problem,the countermeasures and suggestions to ensure the stability of equipment and equipment transformation are put forward.
