Construction and application of a comprehensive early warning platform for safety monitoring of slope in large open pit mines
In order to cope with the increasingly severe problem of slope safety monitoring and comprehensive warning in open-pit mines,improve the accuracy of status monitoring and risk early warning,and ensure long-term stable and safe production of mines,based on the current situation of mining production and various individual monitoring systems,a comprehensive application mode of multiple systems and parameters was adopted by big data analysis,AI,5G transmission and visualization technology.Genetic algorithm and comprehensive index method were applied to construct a comprehensive risk early warning model of slope.A safety monitoring and early warning integrated intelligent platform was built,which integrated multiple monitoring systems such as slope surface displacement,radar monitoring,blasting vibration,groundwater level,rainfall and video images.It solved the problems of inaccurate,untimely,unreliable slope warning,single warning indicators,and lack of collaborative warning functions,providing a scientific basis for the safety management of mining slope.The platform has been successfully applied in Sijiaying iron mine,and the results show that this platform has achieved all-weather and all-round accurate warning and graded control of safety risks in mining slopes,comprehensively improving the scientific decision-making ability and intelligent risk prevention and control level of mining slope safety emergency events.It has guiding significance for slope early warning and safety management in other mines.
