Study on Oxidization of Refractory Gold Ore by Leptospirillum Ferriphilum LJ-02
Iron-oxidation strains were isolated from AMD by improved double-layer plating cultural technique, among which one strain with highest oxidation ability was identified and named as Leptospirillum ferriphilum LJ-02.Ore oxidation ratio rises and then drops within 36~41 ℃.Drops of pH value have obvious influence on oxidizability of LJ-02.Ore oxidation ratio rises with inoculums amount of 10% (v/v) below.Adsorption of LJ-02 on refractory gold ore is Langmuir isotherm adsorption with adsorption equilibrium constant of 8.72 ×10-10 mL/cells and maximum absorption capacity of unit mass mineral grain of 1.99 ×109 cells/g.
