摘要

介绍了NRTS炉处理电子废料工艺,阐述了NRTS炉处理电子废料的生产实践以及钙铁渣的应用情况,研究了CaO含量对渣含铜的影响.结果表明,在生产实践中,炉温控制在1 300℃、Fe不低于30%、Fe/SiO2=1.3~1.5的情况下,渣含铜随着CaO含量先减小后增大,CaO含量控制在6%~8%较适宜,此时渣含铜低于1%.

Abstract

WPCB smelting process with NRTS furnace was introduced.Plant practice to treat WPCB with NRTS furnace and application of calcium-iron-bearing slag in this process were elaborated.Effect of CaO content in slag on copper content in slag was investigated.The results show that copper content in slag drops firstly and then rises with increase of CaO content under the conditions including furnace temperature of 1 300 ℃,Fe(<)30%,and Fe/SiO2 =1.3~1.5.Copper content in slag is 1% below under the optimum slag type of CaO content of 6%~8%.
