摘要

大修渣是铝电解工艺产生的危险固体废弃物,不仅含有大量的可溶性氟化盐和氰化物,同时含有大量可回收资源如锂、铝等金属.如何对其减量化、无害化、资源化处理是目前铝行业亟待解决的难题.详细分析了铝电解大修渣锂的来源,综述了大修渣提取锂盐相关技术研究及产业现状,为铝电解工艺大修渣处置利用及锂资源综合回收利用提供参考,对我国铝电解行业的绿色可持续发展具有借鉴意义.

Abstract

The overhaul slag is a dangerous solid waste produced by the aluminum electrolysis process.It not only contains a large amount of soluble fluoride and cyanide,but also contains a large amount of recyclable resources such as lithium and aluminum.How to reduce,harmless and resource-based treatment is an urgent problem needs to be solved in the aluminum industry at present.The source of lithium in aluminum electrolysis overhaul slag was analyzed in detail,and the related technology research and industrial status of lithium salt extraction from overhaul slag were reviewed.It can provide a reference for the disposal and utilization of overhaul slag in aluminum electrolysis process and the comprehensive recovery and utilization of lithium resources,and has reference significance for the green sustainable development of China's aluminum electrolysis industry.
