贵铁合金中分离提纯铂钯的新工艺研究

金川铂族金属生产线中的各类不溶渣与国内回收的铂族金属二次资源搭配通过火法铁捕集产出贵铁合金,采用预浸除铁—深度除杂—铂钯富集—铂钯提纯工艺,并对关键参数进行了研究,实现贵铁合金中铂钯分离、提纯.产出符合GB/T 1419-2015和GB/T 1420-2015国标的99.99%铂、钯产品.形成了贵铁合金湿法处理的新工艺路线,具有工艺流程短、回收率高、产品质量高、能够工业化生产的优势.
Research on New Process for Separating and Purifying Platinum and Palladium from Secondary Resource of Precious Metals Iron Alloys
Various insoluble slags from platinum group metal production line in Jinchuan Group Company and secondary resources of platinum group metal recovered in China were co-processed by pyrogenic process and iron capture to produce precious metals iron alloy.The process of iron removal with pre-leaching,deep impurity removal,platinum-palladium enrichment,and platinum-palladium purification was adopted,and key parameters were studied,so as to realize the separation and purification of platinum-palladium in ferroalloy.The 99.99%platinum and palladium products in line with GB/T 1419-2015 and GB/T 1420-2015 national standard are output.A new process route for wet treatment of precious metals iron alloy has been formed,which has the advantages of short process flow,high recovery rate,high product quality and industrializable.
